I currently have 2 litters of AKC Toy sized shih tzu availble also known as Chinese Imperials, (3males and 3 females) puppies expected adult weight is ranging between 5pounds and 8.5 depending on the puppy you are interested in. I also have a litter of 2 puppies (1female, 1 Male) shihpoo which is offspring of a Solid Black 5.5 pound AKC shih tzu mom and 3.8 pound Solid black/Silver toy poodle Sire. You are Welcome to visit my home to pick up your puppy and see the sanitary loving environment your beachbum pup was raised & cared for in, as ALL OF OUR PETS LIVE IN OUR HOME! You ask how could she possibly have thany many dogs live in her home? Well please allow me to respond, we have a Mother-In-Laws Suite addition to our home, all tile flooring, heat/AC with cable television for animal planet, a full bathroom and lots of Sunlight with a beautiful view of the water. REASONABLY WE UNDERSTAND THAT QUALITY PUPPIES WITH WRITTEN HEALTH GUARANTEES, CURRENT VACCINES, AGE APPROPRIATE DE-WORMINGS, FLORIDA HEALTH CERTIFICATES, 85/95% POTTY PAD TRAINED, TOP QUALITY PUREBRED LINEAGE AND PRE-SPOILED PUPPIES ARE NOT CHEAP NOR FREE! I do understand the desire to have a beautiful, healthy, quality companion puppy whether it be for family pet, companionship or as an addition to a breeding program therefore I DO ACCEPT PAYMENTS (Holding fee down which is applied toward balance, then weekly payments, or Bi-weekly, Monthly, or payoff in CASH at pick-up AND MY PUPPIES ARE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO SOME/MOST. Some of my puppies are less expensive than others depemding on the size, gender, confirmation, whether it is a "Designer" breed and even my desinger doggies have AKC parents, My puppies are available with Full AKC to approved homes or a small hobby breeding program and at a reduced rate as companion family pet with randomly selected spay/Neuter. My prices reflect the overall quality of my puppies, the lineage, the care the puppy has received since before birth through current, the care & time put into my pets to ensure that you receive a healthy happy socialized puppy that will have a healthy long life of love with you. Generally I keep puppies until 8-12 weeks (8weeks per Florida law) and often depending on size, maturity, eating habits, possible hypoglycemia, etc therefor sometimes up to the 12 week window but it's dependent per puppy. I like to place puppies right around 9/10 weeks, where puppy is at a stage in development for deep bonding with it's new family. I accept a small retainer/holding fee to reserve a puppy and this is NOT refundable, it does of course apply towards the balance price of your puppy, it ensures placement for a particular puppy and voids any other potential prospect owners from purchasing the PUPPY YOU HAD YOUR HEART SET ON AND THAT IS WHY IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE, ENSURES SECURE PLACEMENT FOR PUPPY TO HAVE A DEVOTED HOME. I do not ship my puppies, YOU are responsible for the pick up/delivery of your puppy. I happily will make myself available to a puppy/pet transport courier if you chose to supply such, I will meet you at ECP airport here in Panama City Florida with your new baby, puppy package, all AKC agreed paperwork where applicable and as always Valid UN-expired Florida Health Certificate, or you are most welcome to visit our home once you have contacted me Via-tele phone call to schedule an appointment, I do Not schedule visits via email or text to my home. We only do afternoon visits as Mornings are reserved for "Doggie Chore Duties" puppy feedings, steam mopping, launder doggie bedding, fresh water bottles, any grooming, combing, brushing, top knots, etc... Family & puppy safety are always priority and first concern, we make no apologies for being extremely cautious when it comes to guest/visitors, Accidental exposure to disease in our home could devastate all of my furbabies and be potentially fatal to each puppy here. This is our home, not a pet shop, We do not allow window shoppers, these puppies are a valued loved part of our family and we strive to place each and everyone of them in the Best forever homes possible.
